About Me:

Hi, I’m Raymond. I came to Canada in 1990 and graduated from Dalhousie University in 1995 with a degree in Statistics. I’ve proudly called Mississauga home since 1997. After spending 14 years building a successful corporate career, I earned my real estate licence in 2009 and have been helping clients buy, sell, lease, and invest ever since.

With decades of local experience and a genuine passion for real estate, my goal is to make your move smooth, clear, and stress-free. I work with first-time buyers, upsizers, downsizers, relocation clients, and investors, and I currently manage over 200 rental properties across the GTA. You can count on honest advice, strong market insight, and steady support from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, I’m an avid tennis player who never turns down a good baseline rally — so if you’re navigating the market and happen to play tennis too, we might even get a chance to hit a few sets.

At home, I’m a proud dog dad to Tofu, my Shiba Inu. My wife and I love taking her on long neighbourhood and trail walks and planning the occasional playdate. She keeps life fun and reminds us to enjoy the little moments.
