Finding a knowledgeable real estate agent may be critical in helping a buyer find the right property at the right price but it is essential for the seller. It is even more important when the seller does not reside in the city where their property is being sold which was my case.

I was truly fortunate to find Raymond. As a born skeptic I am always on guard when contacted by individuals offering their services. Yet with Raymond there was a down to earth sincerity that convinced me to use him as my agent. Let's face it agents want to sell properties and make commissions. The issue for the client is to what degree will their agent think of their client's needs first. I can truly say that Raymond made me feel that my needs were primary in his mind.
